NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS CALENDAR FOR 2008

The following is the Americus-Sumter County Parks and Recreation Authority meeting calendar for 2008. Our regularly scheduled monthly meetings are on every fourth Thursday* of each month unless otherwise noted.

All meetings will begin at 4:30 p.m. and are conducted in the Council Chambers at the Russell Thomas Public Safety Building in Americus.

Note that June 26, 2008 will mark the final board meeting of the ASCPRA before we officially become the Sumter County Recreation Department. Meeting dates are subject to change by the Authority Chair and the public will be given advance (minimum 24 hour) notice if a change or a call meeting does occur.

As always, the public is invited and encouraged to attend each meeting of the Americus-Sumter County Parks and Recreation Authority.
